Information Systems Executive – Rugby office

We’ve got ambitious plans to take our business to the next level, and our team is expanding – that’s where you come in! We need a highly efficient Information Systems Executive to support the business and work alongside our existing IT Manager.
As Information Systems Executive, your main responsibility will be maintaining our systems and processes to ensure the successful development and progression of our Multi-Channel Account Management sales model. Core to the success of this role will be the successful implementation, and roll out, of the developments of the company CRM, digital platform, and other technological advancements that improve the way we operate systems internally, for clients, and partner companies.
As the first point of contact for information system ‘challenges’ coming from the Multi-Channel Account Management team, you’ll also oversee the training & development of field based and HO based personnel for all IT hardware and associated systems and processes, acting as the ‘product champion.’
As a proactive individual you’ll be a great communicator, with strong IT skills – and you’ll need to have knowledge of Windows Servers, Workstations, VMware, anti-virus, and other software applications. It would also be advantageous if you had experience of IT support and training, Cloud Based Telephony systems, Basic SharePoint, Tableau, Microsoft SQL experience, and pharmaceutical industry experience. We’re looking for someone who is confident in their ability, self-motivated, reliable, and shares our passion for continuous improvement.
