Project Manager – Home based £50k+ and car allowance
We are the first multi-channel sales organisation to offer a unique outsourcing service that meets the needs of the modern NHS. Many pharma companies still sell their products using a traditional sales model, which focuses on reps on the road, and meeting clinicians face-to-face. At OUTiCO, we provide a bespoke multi-channel model that’s built around the needs of our client’s business, and we communicate with Health Care Professional’s via their preferred sales channel.
Using our unique accessibility data and the latest digital tools, we flexibly deploy exceptional sales professionals in Market Access, Secondary Care, Primary Care and Commercial projects.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced 1st Line Manager to join the team to lead and develop sales teams across a portfolio of our key pharmaceutical clients. You will be responsible for the effective management of client projects, ensuring the delivery of project KPIs and objectives with our highly skilled Multi-Channel Account Management team.
Using your broad pharma experience, you’ll manage and develop processes to ensure the smooth running of client projects, as well as providing coaching & development to optimise performance.
With excellent communication and selling skills, you’ll be confident dealing with customers at all levels, and maintaining a client network to identify additional business opportunities.
With experience in management and contract sales, you’ll have a sound understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and a reasonable understanding of L&D processes. You’ll be dynamic and driven and will share our passion for embracing digital transformation in the NHS.
As an honest and reliable professional, you’ll uphold the OUTiCO values, and ensure compliance to ABPI and PMCPA guidelines too.
This is a home-based role, however you’ll need to have easy access to our Head Office in Rugby. Apply online today, or email your CV and covering letter to email@example.com.
Multi-Channel Account Managers – Road/Home-office based
Full or Part Time, London/South East
Modern technology has changed the way we live, work and relate to one another. Digital advances will disrupt almost every business sector – and Pharma is no different.
If you want to future-proof your career, you need to join a digitally savvy business who is ahead of the curve when it comes to engaging Healthcare Professionals.
OUTiCO is the first Multi-Channel Sales company in the pharma industry, communicating with Healthcare Professional’s via their preferred sales channel, providing more access options and opportunities for our clients. Our innovative sales approach offers an alternative to the traditional route of face-to-face selling, and we’ve spent the last 5 years refining our multi-channel sales model. Whether it’s email, telephone, screen sharing, or face-to-face appointments, we offer a flexible approach to deliver the best results.
Due to our continued success we are expanding our team. To succeed in this role you’ll need relevant experience in a key account management role, or similar, with hospital experience, and an ABPI qualification. You’ll be results driven, with excellent communication and decision-making skills, and have the ability to adapt to new systems and technology.
As a high-performing, multi-channel communicator, you’ll join us in educating HCPs about alternative ways to communicate, putting their preferences at the heart of everything you do. If you share our commitment for shaking up the traditional approach, get in touch today!
Join our team and you’ll receive a competitive salary, bonus, and a flexible approach to working life. To apply, please apply online by uploading your CV and covering letter.
